The Avalanches have announced their fourth studio album, No Bad Memories, due for release on 16 October 2026, alongside a new single, "Can't Get Over Losing You." The Australian electronic duo describe the record as a nostalgic reflection on the branded technology and advertising jingles of their youth, exploring how commercial marketing shaped personal memory and a sense of "a life lived."

The new single features ethereal vocals and melodies from Louisiana producer Portraits of Tracy, whom band member Robbie Chater praised as a "hilarious, brave and tender" collaborator with exceptional production skills. It is the fourth track previewed from the album, following earlier releases "Together," "Every Single Weekend" (with Jamie xx) and "Blue Shadows" (with Karen O). No Bad Memories will reportedly comprise 31 tracks in total, and pre-orders are currently open.
