The cast of ‘Madden’ hits the red carpet to talk about whether they’ve chowed down on turducken

The cast of the upcoming film “Madden” were asked at its premiere whether they had tried turducken, the chicken stuffed inside a duck inside a turkey associated with John Madden. Their answers turned a red-carpet interview into a light-hearted look at the dish’s place in Madden’s legacy.

Christian Bale, who plays Al Davis, spoke about food safety around a prop that had been left out, while Nicolas Cage, playing Madden, recalled getting turducken on his hand while chopping one up. Julian Edelman said he had never tried it but wanted to; Sienna Miller said she and Kathryn Hahn had eaten a backup turducken. The article gives no further details about the film’s release.
