THE DARK.FM, a Los Angeles-based metal band, have released their new single 'Thai Angel' via Arising Empire, marking a significant moment for the fast-rising five-piece. The track combines modern metal with 80s-inspired guitars and a powerful chorus, drawing inspiration from an underground after-hours venue in Koreatown where vocalist Craig Johns Jr. spent time between nightclub shifts. The single opens with 80s-style octave guitar work before building into a prominent riff, featuring intimate beat-driven verses that escalate into an adrenaline-fuelled chorus. THE DARK.FM are celebrating their tenth anniversary with festival appearances scheduled for October, including Furnace Fest on the 10th in Birmingham, Alabama, and Sick New World Festival on the 24th in Fort Worth, Texas.
