"The Kelly Clarkson Show" and "The View" have each secured nominations in both major talk show categories at the 2026 Daytime Emmy Awards, best daytime talk series and best daytime talk series host, ahead of the ceremony on 30 October. The nominations mark another milestone for Kelly Clarkson, who has now been a double nominee in both categories throughout all seven seasons of her programme, which is ending this year, having previously won four times in each category.

The View's nominated hosts are Joy Behar, Whoopi Goldberg, Alyssa Farah Griffin, Sara Haines, Sunny Hostin and Ana Navarro, with Behar and Goldberg part of the line-up when the show first won in 2009; the programme also triumphed in 2003 and 2020. Other contenders for best daytime talk series include reigning champion "Live With Kelly and Mark", "The Drew Barrymore Show", and two "Today" spin-offs, "3rd Hour of Today" and "Today With Jenna & Friends". In the hosting category, Tamron Hall, Jennifer Hudson and Sherri Shepherd are also up for the award, while last year's winners, Drew Barrymore and the "Live With Kelly and Mark" duo, missed out on nominations this time.
