The Legend of Zelda Movie Adds Lydia Peckham to Its Cast

Lydia Peckham has joined the cast of Nintendo and Sony’s live-action The Legend of Zelda film, although her role has not been revealed. The casting adds to a recent wave of announcements for the adaptation, which is due in cinemas in April 2027 and has already completed filming.

Peckham, known for playing Soona in 2024’s Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, will appear alongside Bo Bragason as Zelda and Benjamin Evan Ainsworth as Link. Wes Ball, who directed Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, is directing the Zelda film; other newly announced cast members include Uli Latukefu as Ganondorf and Dichen Lachman as Impa, while Yvonne Strahovski and the late Sam Neill have undisclosed roles.
