The LEGO Exclusive Dungeons and Dragons Set Has Sold Out Just Days Before It Retires Forever

IGN · 6 hours ago

LEGO's exclusive Dungeons & Dragons: Red Dragon's Tale set has sold out at every major retailer just days before its official retirement date of 31 July 2026, leaving fans unable to buy it new at any price. The set, one of LEGO's most elaborate collaborations, had drawn praise for its intricate design and unique features, making its early disappearance from shelves notable for collectors and D&D fans who missed out before the deadline.

The set (#21348) contains 3,745 pieces, stands over 19 inches tall, and recreates Cinderhowl the Red Dragon from Wizards of the Coast's tabletop RPG, complete with a brick-built Beholder and six minifigures including a Dragonborn and four adventurer classes. It retailed at $359.99 and included a downloadable digital D&D campaign designed to be played using the physical build. With Amazon, Target, Walmart, Best Buy and LEGO's own site all out of stock, buyers will now likely need to turn to eBay or third-party resellers, often at inflated prices once the set officially retires.
