James Burstall has stepped down from his role as Chief Executive of Argonon, the television production company behind "The Masked Singer UK", after 15 years leading the company. Amanda Goddard, the firm's Chief Commercial and Legal Officer, has been promoted to President and Chief Executive, whilst Burstall transitions to Executive Chairman with a continued active involvement in day-to-day operations. The restructuring reflects the company's response to the television and media sector's rapid transformation and signals a strategic shift in leadership as the industry undergoes significant change.

Argonon, formed in 2011 through a merger of Burstall's Leopard Films and Remedy Productions, employs a portfolio of production companies including Windfall Films and Leopard Pictures. Goddard brings seven years of experience at Argonon, having previously spent 11 years at industry body Pact and held positions at Universal International Pictures and Scottish broadcaster STV. The company has been diversifying its revenue streams across brand partnerships, sponsorships, FAST channels, digital platforms and podcasts, whilst managing a substantial catalogue of 5,800 hours of content and exploring emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
