The OG reading app just got a big update
The Verge’s Installer newsletter highlights a broad selection of technology, entertainment and software releases, led by an update to Instapaper, one of the earliest read-it-later apps. It also draws attention to Pastebot 3, a major update to the Mac clipboard manager, alongside new film and television recommendations and commentary on artificial intelligence.
The edition is written by Verge editor-at-large David Pierce, who says he expects to take leave from mid-August to early October for the birth of a child, with colleague Jay Peters covering the newsletter. Other featured items include Spider-Man: Brand New Day, the Rick and Morty spin-off President Curtis, and an upcoming discussion of whether much AI technology is useful.
