Created by SimMattically with illustrator Edkisn, the Immersive Map Mod uses a Maxis-style design and places worlds in regions reflecting their real-world inspirations. It supports the base game, expansion packs and custom-content maps, with optional tooltips and animated clouds; it is installed by placing one package file in the Mods folder. The mod is currently available through SimMattically’s $5 Patreon early access, with a public release typically expected within one or two months.
