Nacelle and Oni Press are launching a Kickstarter for two new releases celebrating classic 1980s toy lines: The Art of The Toys That Made Us, a collection of behind-the-scenes artwork from the long-running Nacelle documentary series, and Nacelleverse: Year Zero, a collected edition of new comics based on cult toy properties. Collider has exclusively revealed the wraparound cover for Nacelleverse: Year Zero, illustrated by Canadian artist Karl Kerschl, bringing together characters from across Nacelle's toy universe in a single crossover image.

The Nacelleverse comics feature properties including Robo Force, Biker Mice From Mars, Sectaurs, Power Lords, The Wild West C.O.W. Boys of Moo Mesa and The Great Garloo. Oni Press has enlisted a notable roster of comics creators for the project, among them Melissa Flores, Matt Hotson, Francis Portela, Juan Gedeon and V Ken Marion. The Kickstarter campaign is now live for backers to support both books.
