The worst Battlefield 6 map has just been fixed
DICE has changed a vehicle spawn on Battlefield 6’s Vegas Strip map after players complained that attack helicopters made matches frustrating. The neutral spawn will now provide a transport helicopter, reducing the threat from pilots who could attack with little risk among the map’s tall buildings.
The map’s layout offers substantial cover for aircraft but limited space for players to counter them, while its ground combat has also drawn criticism for confusing sightlines and chaotic encounters. Transport helicopters retain some offensive capability, but are slower and easier to challenge, which developers hope will make the map more enjoyable.
In short
- Vegas Strip’s neutral vehicle spawn no longer gives teams an attack helicopter.
- A slower transport helicopter is intended to be easier to counter.
- The change follows player complaints about the map’s aircraft advantage.
