Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale has opened to the public, offering discounts on designer handbags from brands including Tory Burch, Marc Jacobs, Coach and Vince. The annual event, one of the retailer's biggest sales of the year, gives shoppers a rare chance to buy luxury bags that typically avoid major markdowns, making it a popular window for those wanting to secure sought-after styles before stock runs out.

Early access began on 14 July, with the sale opening to all shoppers on 18 July and running until 9 August, after which prices return to normal. Some handbags are discounted by more than $500, with total savings on select luxury styles reaching close to $1,500. Highlighted deals include a Tory Burch convertible crossbody bag reduced by 33% to $283.99, a Coach pebbled crossbody bag cut 42% to $229.99, and bags from Vince and AllSaints also discounted by around a third.
