This Is Lorelei, the solo project of musician Nate Amos, has released "Oh No Now My," the second single from his forthcoming album The Singer in My Band. The track continues to build anticipation for the record, which follows the album's lead single "Billy Came Back" and showcases Amos's evolving songwriting approach centred on character-driven storytelling.

Musically, the song layers dense vocal harmonies reminiscent of The Beach Boys over low-tuned indie rock guitars, producing a melancholic tone that leans on emotional atmosphere rather than literal narrative. Amos has said the track went through three earlier versions before reaching its final form, describing it as difficult to sing despite being pleased with the result. The Singer in My Band is due out on 11th September via Matador Records, with pre-orders now available, and Amos will tour in support of the album this autumn.
