This Unforgettable 9-Film Franchise Just Found the Perfect New Streaming Home

Collider · 6 hours ago

Paramount has marked Rocky's 50th anniversary by bringing the entire nine-film franchise together on Pluto TV, its free, ad-supported streaming service, making it easier than ever for fans to watch the saga without a subscription. This matters because franchise films are often scattered across different platforms due to shifting studio deals, so having all six Rocky films and all three Creed instalments available in one free place is a notable exception to the usual streaming fragmentation.

At the start of September, Paramount also added all nine films to Paramount+ in the United States, giving subscribers another route to the full series alongside the free Pluto TV option, which carries adverts. The franchise's future remains active too: Michael B. Jordan has confirmed he will direct, star in and produce a fourth Creed film, though details and a production timeline are yet to be announced. Separately, a new film titled I Play Rocky, dramatising Sylvester Stallone's real-life underdog story of writing and starring in the original Rocky, is due in cinemas in November, starring Anthony Ippolito as a young Stallone alongside AnnaSophia Robb, Matt Dillon and Stephan James as the late Carl Weathers.
