The move matters because it gives fans another route to discover tickets while directing purchases back to Ticketmaster’s marketplace, potentially reaching customers earlier in their planning.

Users connect Ticketmaster within Gemini, ask it to search for events and can compare seating options and prices before being transferred to complete their order; selected seats will already be loaded. The English-language feature is available on Gemini’s web, iOS and Android platforms in the US, with further languages and markets planned, and follows Ticketmaster integrations with ChatGPT, Claude and Amazon Alexa+.
