Time Warp Expands Its Insomniac Partnership With New Record Label, Time Warp Records

Time Warp, the German house and techno festival, is launching Time Warp Records within Insomniac Music Group, expanding a partnership between the festival’s promoter and Insomniac Events. The label gives the festival a way to release music under its own name and extends its relationship with Insomniac beyond events.

The first releases are due on 20 November from two German artists, whose names have yet to be announced; one has worked with Time Warp for decades. Releases will span electronic genres and be available digitally and on vinyl, with Insomniac handling release strategy and distribution partners servicing vinyl. Time Warp Records will be the first Insomniac Music Group label to grow out of a partnered festival brand rather than an artist or genre.
