Warner Music Group’s chief operating and financial officer, Armin Zerza, is leaving for personal reasons after little more than a year at the company. Warner Records COO Tom Corson will succeed him as COO, while WMG searches for a permanent CFO, marking another senior-management change during a period of corporate transformation.

Zerza joined WMG in April 2025 and took on the additional COO role only around two months ago; he will remain available until the end of the financial year. Louis Dickler, WMG’s global controller and chief accounting officer, becomes interim CFO, while Corson leaves Warner Records after helping lead its turnaround alongside CEO Aaron Bay-Schuck, who will now run the label alone.
