Warner Music Group has appointed Tom Corson as its chief operating officer, expanding his responsibilities from Warner Records to the wider company. The move reshapes WMG’s senior leadership as it seeks to build on the label’s recent performance and strengthen operations across its global artist and songwriter business.
Corson joined Warner Records in 2018 and will report to WMG chief executive Robert Kyncl, while continuing to work with Warner Records co-chairman and chief executive Aaron Bay-Schuck during a transition. Separately, CFO and COO Armin Zerza stepped down immediately for personal reasons after overseeing WMG’s worldwide finances since May 2025; he will support the handover until year-end, with Lou Dickler serving as acting CFO while WMG searches for a replacement.
