Tom Grennan Returns To His Roots For New Single ‘Wrapped In Gold’

Tom Grennan has released “Wrapped In Gold”, his first single with RCA, returning to the acoustic guitar and intimate songwriting that shaped his early music. The track marks a personal step back after years of chart success and increasingly large shows, drawing on memories of writing songs alone in his bedroom.

Grennan’s 2025 album, “Everywhere I Went, Led Me To Where I Didn’t Want To Be”, became his third consecutive UK No. 1 and was followed by his biggest concerts to date. He previewed the new song during five acoustic sets across London, Bedford and Manchester, and says he sang it more softly than before, aiming for the feel of a lullaby.
