Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello has announced his seventh solo album, Everyone Gets Everything They Want, due out on 25 September via Mom + Pop Music. He marked the announcement by sharing a new track, "Date Night", a ballad inspired by the true story of three Dutch teenagers who spied on, captured and killed Nazis during the Second World War, which Morello has framed as a pointed "which side are you on?" statement.

The record is Morello's first solo effort since 2021's The Atlas Underground Flood and follows the earlier single "Adjourn It", made with his son Roman Morello and Serj Tankian. The ten-track album also features contributions from Kneecap and Beartooth. Morello will support the release with select shows this autumn, including headlining his own inaugural Power to the People Festival in Washington, D.C. on 3 October alongside acts such as Foo Fighters, Bruce Springsteen and Dave Matthews, followed by four Canadian tour dates in March 2027.
