Norwegian singer Jorn Lande has spoken publicly about co-writing and performing on Tony Iommi's forthcoming solo album "From The Dark", confirming his role as vocalist and collaborator on the Black Sabbath guitarist's new project. Lande, credited as co-writer on all eight tracks, announced the news on social media, calling it an honour to work with Iommi after nearly two years developing the record, and thanking producer Mike Exeter and managers Ben and Ralph Baker for their contributions.

The album also features drummer Karl Brazil, known for his work with Robbie Williams and James Blunt, and bassist Becky Baldwin of Mercyful Fate, with Lande praising both as outstanding musicians. Its first single and video, "World Alone", has already been released. Lande's connection to Iommi dates back to a 2010 tribute to the late Ronnie James Dio at London's High Voltage festival, and he previously released his own Dio tribute album that same year, a move he says the Sabbath/Heaven & Hell camp supported despite initial concerns about timing.
