Toy Story 5 Limited-Edition 4K Steelbook Is Back in Stock at Amazon

IGN · 6 hours ago

The limited-edition 4K steelbook release of Toy Story 5, which quickly sold out at multiple retailers after preorders opened, has returned to stock exclusively at Amazon. Demand for the steelbook was particularly high because it appears to be the only way to obtain the film on standard 4K UHD, with no separate 4K disc edition currently listed. Standard Blu-ray and DVD versions remain available from various retailers, with all formats set for release on 22 September.

The steelbook is priced at $44.99 and features unique watercolour-style artwork depicting the core Toy Story characters and new additions from the sequel, alongside a nod to a scene from Toy Story 2 on the reverse. The standard Blu-ray, priced at $40.99, uses the film's main theatrical poster art instead. A previously announced boxed set collecting all five Toy Story films has not yet appeared for preorder. Toy Story 5 earned over $1.1 billion at the global box office following its June cinema release and became available on digital platforms earlier this week, ahead of an expected Disney+ debut by late September.
