An 88-year-old woman has died after a car crash in Sheffield, prompting South Yorkshire Police to appeal for witnesses and footage. The collision is under investigation, and police are seeking information to establish what happened.

The crash occurred at about 12.45pm on Sunday 26 July on Ranmoor Park Road, near St John’s Church. A red Honda Jazz reportedly collided with a parked grey Nissan Note before hitting a wall; the 88-year-old driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries, while two other passengers in their 80s sustained minor injuries.
