Transgressive Records has announced their third consecutive stage takeover at Latitude Festival, scheduled for the event's opening night. The independent label will programme the Sunrise Arena on Thursday with live performances from Mystery Jets, Mykki Blanco, and Nadia Kadek, followed by sets from Transgressive-affiliated DJs. This continuation of the label's annual curation reflects their track record of introducing audiences to both emerging talent and established acts under their banner.

The takeover forms part of Latitude's 20th anniversary celebration at Henham Park in Suffolk, running July 23-26. Festival director Melvin Benn framed the occasion as both milestone and turning point, highlighting headliners Lewis Capaldi, Teddy Swims, and David Byrne—whose appearance marks an exclusive UK festival booking. The broader lineup balances legacy acts including The Flaming Lips and Billy Ocean against newer artists like The Last Dinner Party, positioning Latitude as a festival committed to what Benn described as artistic ambition and the collision between discovery and established reputation.
