Deko Entertainment will reissue Trapeze’s 1970 self-titled debut album in October as a limited 180-gram blue-vinyl edition. The release revives a record that has not been available on vinyl since its original pressing, highlighting the British band’s early psychedelic and progressive sound before its later hard-rock influence.

Only 500 copies will be pressed worldwide, each newly remastered and supplied with a designed inner sleeve. The original line-up included Glenn Hughes, Mel Galley and Dave Holland, who later joined Deep Purple, Whitesnake and Judas Priest respectively; the album was produced by John Lodge of The Moody Blues.
