Trump Media launched the service in July 2026 for $100,000 per month, describing it as a recurring revenue source. The claimants say non-subscribers face delayed access to new posts and cannot access archived posts, and are seeking to stop government information being posted exclusively on Truth Social. The lawsuit also highlights Trump’s financial connection to Trump Media through a trust of which he is the sole beneficiary.
