Sega and Two Point Studios have announced Two Point Hospital: Full Health Collection, a complete-package version of the management sim, will launch digitally on Nintendo Switch 2 on 16th September 2026. A physical release for both Switch 2 and PS5 is expected to follow on 6th November 2026, giving fans a benchmark all-in-one edition with improved visuals and performance thanks to the newer hardware.

The collection bundles the base game with all major DLC, including three expansions making their console debut – Culture Shock, A Stitch in Time and Speedy Recovery – adding nine new hospitals and over 80 illnesses to treat. It also includes the previously released Bigfoot, Pebberley Island, Close Encounters and Off the Grid expansions, plus bonus items such as the Retro Items Pack and Fancy Dress Pack. Nintendo Life gave the original Switch version 9/10 in 2020, praising its portability and visual fidelity, though details on regional availability, pre-orders, and whether the physical edition will be a game-key card remain unconfirmed.
