West Ham United’s Under-21 side have been drawn against Sheffield United, Brighton & Hove Albion and Millwall in the 2026/27 Premier League Cup. The draw establishes the young Hammers’ initial opponents in the competition and provides a competitive test against academy sides from London, the south coast and Yorkshire.

The group includes fellow Premier League club Brighton, Championship-linked Sheffield United and local rivals Millwall. West Ham will face each of the three sides as they seek to progress from the opening stage of the youth tournament.
