U2 will release “Carnaval De Luz”, its first full-length album in nine years, on 12 November through Interscope Records. The 12-track record will close with “Torn”, a duet between Bono and Dolly Parton that is described as her last recorded vocal performance, giving the album particular significance.

Produced by Jacknife Lee, the album explores spirituality, friendship, freedom and endurance amid growing darkness. It includes contributions from Brian Eno, Martin Garrix, Johnny McDaid, Daniel Lanois and Ryan Tedder; alongside the album, U2 has released “Silencio” and previously issued two digital-only six-track EPs, meaning the band will have released 24 songs in the year of its 50th anniversary.
