UnitedMasters has appointed four executives across its marketing, brand, commerce and operations divisions, as the independent distribution platform and record label continues to expand its senior leadership team. The move underscores the company's push to strengthen the infrastructure and services it offers to independent artists, coming at a time when UnitedMasters says it is hitting significant commercial milestones across its roster.

Todd L. Perry II joins from Warner Records as VP, Head of Artist and Label Marketing; Luca Zanello, previously of The Orchard, Roc Nation and MSM Group, becomes Head of Brand & Sync; Goldie Harris, who has led commerce strategy across the US, Africa and Latin America, takes on the Head of Commerce role; and Jason Peerless, formerly of Universal Music Group and Def Jam Recordings, becomes VP, Artist & Label Operations. CEO Steve Stoute said the hires reflect continued investment in talent and infrastructure, with the announcement coming as UnitedMasters artists including Brent Faiyaz, BigXthaPlug and FloyyMenor notch up chart and certification successes, among them Faiyaz's album Icon, the company's highest-charting debut to date.
