United Talent Agency is relocating its New York office to the Empire State Building, one of the city's most recognisable landmarks, in a move set for July 2027. The agency will occupy more than 100,000 square feet across four floors, reflecting the continued expansion of its New York operations beyond its traditional film, television and publishing business into areas such as brand advisory, sports and executive search, as well as its long-running creators division.

UTA's current New York base is further north in midtown, opposite Carnegie Hall, but growth across its integrated talent, brand and creator businesses has driven the need for larger premises. The Empire State Building, completed in 1930, is operated by Empire State Realty Trust, which has invested in modernising the tower with over 65,000 square feet of tenant amenities, including dining options, a fitness centre, a conference centre, a basketball/pickleball court and golf simulators. UTA COO Bob Roback and ESRT executive Ryan Kass both described the move as a sign of the agency's growth and the building's appeal to major businesses.
