UTA Signs the Kansas City Chiefs’ Foolish Club Studios (Exclusive)

The Hollywood Reporter · 49 minutes ago

United Talent Agency has signed Foolish Club Studios, the entertainment and production company launched by the Kansas City Chiefs, to help expand its global work across film, television and media rights. The partnership matters because it gives the Chiefs’ growing content operation access to UTA’s industry relationships and expertise, supporting projects designed to reach audiences beyond sport.

Foolish Club’s work includes Hallmark’s *Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story*, the ESPN and Disney+ docuseries *The Kingdom*, and *Chasing Goals*, a documentary about a Kansas City youth football club whose refugee players represent 29 countries. The studio’s name honours Chiefs and American Football League founder Lamar Hunt, while its ambitions draw on the team’s international profile and recent popularity around players including Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce.
