‘VisionQuest’ Star Teases What’s Next After That “Harrowing” Episode 6 Transformation
Lisa Molinari’s bond with Tommy has become a central part of *VisionQuest*, and Episode 6 takes her through a disturbing transformation after nanobots are implanted in her. Actor Lauren Morais says the experience is a major ordeal for Lisa, while hinting that the character’s resilience will carry her forward.
Morais built Lisa’s history around the loss of her mother in the Blip and a childhood spent fending for herself in Cardiff, where she learnt to pickpocket. She gave Lisa a Welsh love-spoon necklace as a keepsake from her mother and drew on the strength of girls she knew growing up in Llanrumney. Lisa later moved to London, where stealing the wrong wallet led her to meet Tommy.

The Blip is the name given to the mass disappearance of people in the Marvel story world, followed by their return years later. Lisa Molinari lost her mother during that event and grew up largely on her own in Cardiff, where she learnt to pickpocket.
Lisa later moved to London. A stolen wallet brought her into contact with Tommy, and their relationship became an important part of her life. Her Welsh love-spoon necklace is a keepsake linked to her mother.
