BLUE MEDUSA, the new band fronted by former ARCH ENEMY and THE AGONIST singer Alissa White-Gluz, played its first ever live show on Friday 4 September as a surprise headliner at the Corrupted Blood Club Show in Berlin. The event, organised by Maximilian "HandOfBlood" Knabe, had sold out within a day back in November without any lineup details being revealed, and the secret headliners were only unveiled on the night alongside fellow surprise acts HEAVEN SHALL BURN and KREATOR.

The Huxleys Neue Welt show was also streamed on Twitch, hosted by White-Gluz herself, and attracted 295,000 unique viewers worldwide, mostly from Germany, France and the UK. BLUE MEDUSA's live lineup features guitarists Alyssa Day and Dani Sophia, bassist Alicia Vigil and drummer Delaney Jaster, and the band has so far released three singles: "Crocodile", "Checkmate" and "Flying Monkey". Further shows are already scheduled, including US festival dates this month and October, and European festival appearances stretching into 2027.
