Charli xcx has released a black-and-white short film to accompany her new album, Music, Fashion, Film, extending the project’s blend of music, cinema and fashion. The film was previously screened in cinemas internationally, and is intended to provide a visual context for each of the album’s songs.

Charli says she made the 11-track album with producers A.G. Cook and Finn Keane. Its videos include fashion shoots and scenes across London, with actor Vincent Cassel appearing in “Camera” and director David Cronenberg featuring during “No One Lasts Forever”; Charli will perform material from the album at Lollapalooza on 31 July before a North American arena tour in September.
