Country singer Kacey Musgraves has released a new video for "Mexico Honey," a fan-favourite track from her latest album, Middle of Nowhere. Directed by Running Bear's Alexa Stone and Stephen Kinigopoulos and filmed in Mexico, the video shows Musgraves performing her own song at a karaoke bar before meeting a cowboy, marking the second time she has sung one of her own tracks in a karaoke setting on screen, following 2018's "High Horse."

Middle of Nowhere is Musgraves' sixth studio album, released as the follow-up to 2024's Deeper Well. Although "Mexico Honey" was not put out as an official single, it has still found chart success, reaching No. 59 on the Billboard Hot 100 earlier this month. Musgraves is set to begin her next North American tour in Chicago on 21 August.
