Watch: KINGDOM COME Returns To Live Stage In Ohio

Blabbermouth · 17 hours ago

Kingdom Come, the classic rock band best known for its early success in the late 1980s, has been performing again with a lineup that blends original members with new recruits. Footage has emerged of the group playing a show in Youngstown, Ohio, on 9 July, marking a continued return to live performance for the band following a lineup overhaul.

The current line-up features original guitarists Danny Stag and Rick Steier and bassist Johnny B. Frank alongside newer additions vocalist Ezekiel "Zeke" Kaplan and drummer Matt Muckle, who joined in early 2024. Kaplan, who landed the role after an impromptu audition in December 2023, made his live debut with the band in March 2024 and has said fan reaction has been strongly positive, with some calling it the band's best sound since original singer Lenny Wolf. The band has also reportedly been working on new material in the studio, reworking older unreleased songs, though nothing has yet been made public.
