Watch Olivia Rodrigo play intimate Brooklyn show as she launches Bandcamp page
Olivia Rodrigo played a surprise, intimate show for about 1,000 fans at Warsaw in Brooklyn after announcing it on the morning of 6 August. The concert highlighted material from her new album, while her launch of a Bandcamp page adds a charitable outlet connected to her forthcoming all-women festival.
Tickets cost $25 and sold out within two hours, with Rodrigo performing a 15-song set that included four songs receiving their first public performances outside an unaired television taping. Her Bandcamp page currently sells an alternate “Happy Version” of ‘Purple’ for $1.50, with proceeds going to the Daisy Chain Fields Fund ahead of the Daisy Chain Field festival in California on 29 August and her ‘Unraveled’ world tour.
