British singer-songwriter Rex Orange County (Alexander James O'Connor) made two notable guest appearances in London during Tyler, The Creator's All Points East takeover. On Thursday 27 August, he played an intimate warm-up show at Village Underground, where he brought out Turnstile's Brendan Yates to debut an unreleased track, and the following day he joined Tyler onstage for their 2017 collaboration during the rapper's headline set.

At Village Underground, Rex Orange County performed the new song 'Elvis', a string-and-flute-laced track, with Yates taking the final verse. The next day he guested during Tyler, The Creator's All Points East headline show, performing 'Boredom' from Tyler's 2017 album 'Flower Boy'; that night's bill also featured Turnstile, Clipse, Sexyy Red and Vince Staples, while a second night brought out Daniel Caesar, Baby Keem and Ghostface Killah among others. Turnstile also brought out Faye Webster during their own set, tying in with their new reworked album 'Never Enough: Versions'.
