A new documentary, "Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear," has released an emotional trailer ahead of its debut this week, exploring the Blink-182 drummer's life, career and near-fatal 2008 plane crash. The 90-minute film, co-directed by Justin Krook and Michael Dwyer, features contributions from Blink-182 bandmates and the late Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins, offering an intimate look at Barker's survival and recovery.

The documentary premiered at the Tribeca Festival earlier in the summer and launches on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the US, and via Disney+ globally, this Friday 13 August. The trailer touches on Barker's addiction to painkillers during relentless touring, the 2008 crash that left him with third-degree burns to 65% of his body and required 27 surgeries, and the deaths of his assistant, bodyguard, pilot and co-pilot in the accident, as well as fellow survivor DJ AM's death from an overdose a year later.
