Pulp have released the first trailer for a new documentary film, "What Do You Do for an Encore?", set to be released by streaming platform Mubi this autumn. The 90-minute film is narrated by frontman Jarvis Cocker and directed by the band's longtime collaborator Garth Jennings, charting the Sheffield group's journey from struggling outsiders to Britpop stardom, timed to follow the success of their 2025 reunion album, More.

The film blends footage from the arena tour supporting More with archival material documenting Pulp's history. While Mubi has not confirmed an exact streaming release date, cinema-goers in the UK, Ireland and North America will get one-night-only previews in September: 18 September in the UK and Ireland, 23 September in Canada, and 24 September in the United States.
