Watch: VINNY APPICE’s SABBATH KNIGHTS Performs BLACK SABBATH And DIO Classics In Roseville, California

Vinny Appice’s SABBATH KNIGHTS performed Black Sabbath and Dio songs at Goldfield Trading Post in Roseville, California, on 30 October. The show brings the veteran drummer back to music he helped record and perform, giving audiences a live set of classic material.

The band features Jim Crean on vocals, Jimmy Caputo on bass and Artie Dillon on guitar, with fan-filmed footage from the concert available. Appice said the project grew from tours in Europe that began around 2017, and described it as an evening of music rather than a new band seeking to sell records. Its set focuses mainly on the Ronnie James Dio era of Sabbath, alongside older Sabbath songs and Dio material.
