‘We Sincerely Apologise’: Marvel Tokon the Latest Sony Game to Be Busted on PC
Arc System Works has apologised for gameplay and performance problems affecting the PC beta of Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, while the PS5 version is reported to be running well aside from some netcode concerns. The issues matter because Sony is releasing the live-service fighting game on PC as well as PS5, and its launch is only days away.
The developer says it is investigating the complaints and has published community-suggested workarounds, including allowing shaders to compile, disabling frame generation and turning off anti-cheat software. Reports of possible Sony background activity have circulated online, but Push Square says these claims remain unclear; the developer now faces pressure to improve PC optimisation before release.
- PC beta performance issues prompt an apology from Arc System Works.
- PS5 version appears comparatively stable.
- Developers suggest temporary troubleshooting steps before launch.
