Reports suggest Meta could unveil slimmer, camera-free frames with additional microphones for voice interactions with its AI assistant, alongside possible updates to its Ray-Ban range or display-equipped glasses. The rumoured “Phoenix” headset appears to use a tethered puck, hand and eye tracking, and potentially Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Reality Elite chip; the keynote is scheduled for 23 September at 4pm PT, followed by developer sessions the next day.
