Patrick Holland has been confirmed as chief executive and executive chairman of the enlarged Banijay U.K. business following Banijay Entertainment’s merger with All3Media. The appointment places him in charge of integrating a major British production portfolio, with Banijay aiming to sustain growth amid shifts in commissioning demand, technology and funding.

Holland will report to Banijay Entertainment CEO Marco Bassetti and oversee a combined U.K. operation of about 40 creative labels, producing more than 2,000 hours of content annually for broadcasters and streaming platforms. He joined Banijay in 2022 after senior BBC roles, while Banijay has expanded through acquisitions including The Forge in 2023 and Garrison Drama in 2024; recent and forthcoming programmes span the BBC, Netflix and Prime Video.
