Wiz Khalifa Signs With 10K Projects (EXCLUSIVE)

Wiz Khalifa has signed with 10K Projects, returning to the Warner Music Group, and will release his new single, “The Calm”, through the label this evening. The move reunites him with Marsha St. Hubert, his former project manager and a close friend who is now the label’s co-president, marking a new phase in a long-running working relationship.

Khalifa first signed with Warner Records at 18, then moved to Atlantic Records four years later. He recently received 12 new RIAA certifications, including a 16-times platinum award for “See You Again” and Diamond certifications for “Black & Yellow” and “Young, Wild, & Free”. “The Calm” was written and produced by Khalifa with several collaborators, and an album may follow in the coming weeks.
