Los Angeles-based writer-director Alex Hanno has signed with management company Untamed Artists LA, joining its roster and gaining wider representation for his writing and directing work. The move reflects industry interest in Hanno's growing body of film work, which blends commercial concepts with a distinctive creative voice.

Hanno's credits include the upcoming psychological thriller Bravado, which he co-wrote and directed, the apocalyptic thriller A Social Contract starring Sean Astin, which he wrote, and his 2018 feature directorial debut, the romantic dramedy Elephants. His films have screened at festivals including the Seattle International Film Festival, Cleveland International Film Festival and Newport Beach Film Festival, while his horror-satire Detox recently premiered on Omeleto. Beyond filmmaking, he previously worked in development at Broad Green Pictures and VMI Worldwide, founded the North Hollywood screenwriting organisation Deadline Junkies, and contributed to the 2023 interactive audio experience Soundtrip. He will be represented in all areas by Eric Ziech at Untamed Artists LA.
