CBS has announced that Marshals, the Taylor Sheridan-produced Yellowstone spinoff centred on Luke Grimes' character Kayce Dutton, will premiere its second season on 4 October. The network has released an official trailer for the upcoming episodes, which addresses several unresolved plot threads from the first-season finale.
The trailer reveals that marshals Cal (Logan Marshall-Green) and Belle (Arielle Kebbel) survived a major shootout and shows the two characters developing a closer relationship. The series continues Sheridan's expansion of the Yellowstone franchise at Paramount, extending the universe beyond the original drama's five-season run.
