Yorkshire ended Durham’s unbeaten One-Day Cup start with a convincing seven-wicket win at York, extending their own run to four consecutive victories and moving top of Group B. Durham were dismissed for 165, with Ben Stokes making only 12, before James Wharton and Sam Whiteman guided Yorkshire home comfortably.

Ben Cliff took 4-38 and Kuldeep Yadav 2-23 for Yorkshire, while Wharton finished unbeaten on 68 and Whiteman on 52 as the target was reached with 54 balls remaining. Elsewhere in Group B, Worcestershire beat Middlesex to go third, Hampshire chased 318 to beat Essex, and Derbyshire secured their first win; in Group A, Leicestershire, Kent and Surrey also won.
