Lumines Remastered, the 2018 revival of the PSP puzzle game, is now available on iOS and Android. Its release brings a well-regarded music-driven falling-block game to mobile devices in a fully featured form, although the original article notes that physical controls remain preferable to touch input.

The game is free to start, offering the tutorial, Basic Challenge access and a 60-second Time Attack, while the full version costs £7.99 during launch pricing and will later rise to £9.99. Co-developed by mobile studio Sound Games and original creator Enhance, the port includes all console modes, stages and music, with three touch-control options; its soundtrack has also become available to stream or buy.
